  • With an update to 1.20.1 starting to show on the horizon, we will be resetting the Wastelands. Please be sure to recover/remove all items and blocks that you don't want to loose from the Wastelands, as anything left will be deleted upon reset. There is currently no timeframe as to when the update will be ready, but it could be within the next 1-2 months.

    Reporting A Rule Breaker

    To report a rule breaker in-game, use the /report command in game.

    To report a rule breaker on the forums, please use the Report button on the post.

    If you have issues with either of these, please contact a Moderator directly.


    Appealing A Ban

    To appeal a ban, you must contact the staff member you were banned by. You can find out who banned you by attempting to connect to our network again and seeing the ban message or you can use our forum tool to figure out how to start your Ban Appeal. This forum tool will guide you to figuring out who to contact.

    To dispute a ban, please contact the Network Owner. Only resort to this if you feel the ban was unfair or unconstitutional.


    Applying For Staff

    Staff Applications are currently unavailable at this time. If this status changes, we will make it known how to apply for staff.


    Supporter or Billing Questions

    Eternal Realms and its staff will never ask for your card information or other information, if your notice something suspicious, report it.

    Bug Reports

    In-game bugs should reported using the in game command /reportbug .
    All other inquiries should contact the Developers through the forum system.

    General Help & Support

    Support for everything else in general can be posted in our Server Help and Support where both the community and staff can help each other out.
