If you've been unfairly punished, you may be wondering how to go about appealing your ban. With Eternal Realms, you are required to appeal your punishment with the staff member that issued it. If you are unable to resolve the punishment, you may escalate it to a higher staff member. Please be aware that staff of the same level may are not able to assist in appealing your punishment.
